The documentation for installing webPDF under Linux can be found online at https://packages.softvision.de on the package distribution home page.

webPDF is provided as a package for the package managers "apt" or "dpkg" and "rpm". ("yum", "zypper", "dnf") via our repository.

caution

We strongly recommend using a package manager on Linux to install webPDF. Manual installation of the package is not recommended.

Supported Linux distributions and versions

You can also find the list of supported Linux distributions on the package distribution home page. You can also find the support of the respective version of a Linux distribution listed there.

caution

To install webPDF, you will need either a root user or a user with sudo permissions (the sudo Linux program must be installed).
