Provide support information

In order to be able to provide you with assistance, we will usually need information regarding your server installation and/or your server logs. You can retrieve these logs in the portal administration area and have the system generate a support file with them.

Important

Please use the administration area of the portal to generate the support information and provide it to our support team.

If you are experiencing problems with specific documents, please provide us with the documents so that we will be able to reproduce the problem.
