Users

The XML configuration file conf/users.xml stores the users of the server. The XML file contains the user data for logging in to the admin portal and for logging in when authorizing web service usage.

The users are only used for login (default setting) if no external user source is configured for login. If an external login, such as LDAP, is configured, then this user data is not used for either the web services or the Admin Portal.

The user source can be configured via the Admin Portal of the server.
