Support information

Under Support information the administration area provides the possibility to download log and configuration files from the server.

You can use the Support dialog box to download the various server log and configuration files. To do this, specify which files you need and a date range.

If you need assistance, these files will enable our support staff to diagnose potential problems in a more targeted manner. It is often useful to put the server into debug mode, reproduce the problem and then create the support information.

Before contacting Support, create a support file with all the options enabled and select the log timeframe during which the problems occurred. Then provide our support staff with the support file.
